The Kett FG515 is a portable rice moisture meter designed for laboratory use. It is manufactured by Kett, a company that has been making moisture meters for over 50 years. The FG515 is accurate to +/- 0.5% and has a measurement range of 7-35% moisture content. It uses electrical resistance to measure moisture content, and it can take a measurement in just 3 seconds.
